Yes. Basic full service adds bar setup and take-down, cups, straws, napkins, ice, mixers and standard garnishes, and a bar menu, so you only buy the alcohol. Any package can also add custom signature cocktails, a mocktail service, framed custom bar menus or extra support staff.
Usually, if your event is at a hall, rented venue, park or tent. The host applies to SLGA for a Special Occasion Permit at least 15 days before the event. Private homes with free drinks and venues with their own liquor licence usually do not need one.
