What Bold & Boozy collects when you get in touch, why, and what this website does and doesn't track.
The short version

When you get in touch, your answers go through Hannah's Google Form to her Google account.
Used for your event
We use your details to reply, prepare your free estimate and plan your event. We never sell them.

When you send the inquiry form
Booking inquiries go through a Google Form, a Google service. You don't need a Google account, and the form doesn't collect your email address on its own. It asks for:
When you submit it, Google stores your answers in Hannah's Google account, where Bold & Boozy reads them. Google handles them under its own privacy policy and may store them outside Canada, including in the United States.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply to you, prepare your free estimate, and plan and run your event or class. If you book, we keep your details with your booking.
We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list. We share it only with a bartender working your event with us, or when the law requires it.
What this website collects
Very little. The fonts, photos and videos on this site load from Bold & Boozy's own hosting, not from ad networks or social media, so they can't see your visit.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, it handles the technical details every visit sends, such as your IP address, browser and device, to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It uses no cookies, doesn't build a profile of you and doesn't follow you to other sites.
Links to Instagram and to the Google Form take you to their sites, where their own privacy policies apply.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and booking details only as long as we need them for your event and for our business and tax records, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted, unless we have to keep a booking record for tax or legal reasons.

Who's responsible
Bold & Boozy Bartending & Mixology Services, of Regina, Saskatchewan. Hannah, the owner, is responsible for the personal information we hold. Our services are for adults, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 19.

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.

We usually reply within 72 hours. Your pricing estimate is free, and sending the form holds nothing.
